Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct, as once your order leaves our hands, it is entirely in the care of the United States Postal Service for your delivery address.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Domestic orders are fulfilled via USPS Priority Mail, which takes typically 2-5 business days to arrive. Tracking information will be sent. All postage rates are charged based on hazmat materials (alcohol) via the current USPS pricing.

Should your shipment be returned to Mati Juice, it is your responsibility to purchase additional shipping.

If you would like to add any additional services to ensure safe delivery, such as additional insurance or signature on delivery, you may contact us directly via email to arrange for the purchase of these add ons. These options are currently only available for domestic shipments. The default domestic shipping method used by Mati Juice (USPS Priority Mail) includes $100 of insurance coverage.

We do not accept any returns on any of our items.

Mati Juice do not take any responsibility for any item that is lost,

stolen, or damaged in transit. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or for any other reason, Mati Juice is not responsible for any additional shipping fees that may occur. By placing an order with Mati Juice, you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions listed here.
